So let us introduce ourselves. We are Chloe & Liam, founders of Lilo's in 2014 and keen pasta enthusiasts (as you can probably guess).

Let's start with one of the most common questions we get asked on a daily basis,
"Where does the name 'Lilo's' come from?"
It's simple really, we took the first part of Liam 'Li' and the end part of Chlo 'lo'. We come up with many alternatives but we felt that this one really put our own personal touch to the business.

It all began on March 31, 2014 in our little dub box food truck. As you can imagine our first day certainly didn't go as planned!

Welcome to lilo's
After battling through cold winters, boiling summers & extremely windy scenario's, we finally decided that in 2016 we would open our first pasta shop - and what better place to start than where we first began.

Our first pasta shack opened its doors in a little town called Pencoed on
November 16, 2015. Our latest venture has led us to Newport Road, Cardiff
where we have just opened our second pasta shack.
Don't worry, we aren't stopping there. We hope to have another location in early 2019.
